You must place a reservation individually with a hotel!

Hotel Information:

2. Or by calling 1-800-EMBASSY and asking for the Alliance South District Conference special room rate of $159
3. Last date to make hotel reservations is by Saturday, April 13, 2024.

Hotel Services:

Check-in time is 4:00 PM  and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

1. Our Complimentary Breakfast for each registered guest is 7am – 10am on Saturday and Sunday and 6:30am – 9:30am Monday through Friday.
2. The Evening Reception is available from 6pm to 7:30pm daily.  Two complimentary beverages will be offered to each registered adult.
3. No outside food or beverage can be brought in or consumed on the first floor (lobby, meeting rooms or outside)
